"Whatever happens, I'll be okay" View this post on Instagram ✌️#Mindfulness Monday✌️” “Whatever happens, you'll be okay.” I want you to say these words to yourself the next time you feel anxious or overwhelmed by a big choice or decision...whatever happens, you'll be okay. This is NOT to say that you want anything less, don't care enough to prepare, or that you've given up. It simply means that your life will not be predicated on a single outcome. When you say these words to yourself, you remind yourself of the infinite being that you are, and regain the perspective that whatever happens is exactly the right thing for you at the moment. By living with less attachment, we are reminded of one of the highest forms of human consciousness: to be receptive. Receptive to the ever changing journey that is "life" giving you the best experiences to develop your consciousness. How do you know this? It's because it's the one you're having right now.
