Consists of weekly sessions (30-45 minutes) where we work on techniques to help you stay present and prepared for the experiences that life will bring. Techniques include but are not limited to: guided meditation, philosophical discussions, analogy based learning, and habitual pattern analysis.
Consists of weekly classes (60 minutes) designed to give students a new perspective on their traditional yoga practice through dynamic power vinyasa sequencing focused on alignment and core work paired with music that is modern and progressive.
Yoga + Mindfulness:
Consists of weekly sessions (90 minutes) where the above are fused together to create an experience dedicated to harmoniously connecting mind, body, and soul.
